2 Second Flavours

Simple dry herb mixes to give some variety to the KetoClassic Chicken or Breadcrumb Mixes

How to use:

  • You can either make a small batch to use for just a few meals or make a large batch and store in a mason jar to use again and again.

  • For a small batch, 1 part would equal half a teaspoon. Larger batches, 1 part would equal 3 or 4 teaspoons.

  • Once the mix has been made, all you need to do is add a quarter of a teaspoon and stir into to the KetoClassic Chicken or other recipes.

CURRY FLAVOUR​

  • 2 parts Cumin

  • 2 parts Coriander

  • 2 parts Turmeric

  • 2 parts Ginger

  • 2 parts Garam Masala

  • Dash of Cayenne (optional)

MEDITERRANEAN

  • 2 parts Oregano

  • 2 parts Parsley

  • 2 parts Basil

  • 1 part Garlic Powder 

  • 1 part Onion Powder

TEX MEX​

  • 2 parts Oregano

  • 2 parts Paprika

  • 2 parts Thyme

  • 1 part Garlic Powder

  • 1 part Onion Powder

  • Dash of Cayenne (optional)
