Broccoli Cheese Croquettes

Perfect on their own, with a dip, in a lunchbox or part of a dinner



  • KetoClassic Savoury

  • Broccoli

  • Grated Cheddar Cheese

  • Egg yolk

  • Salt, pepper, onion granules


This recipe makes 3 croquettes but you can increase volumes proportionately and keep in fridge for a couple of days.

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and add broccoli florets.

  2. Boil for 1 minute, drain and rinse with cold water to prevent softening too much.

  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.

  4. In a bowl, crumble the KetoClassic Savoury.

  5. Add grated cheese, salt, pepper and onion granules.

  6. Once broccoli has been draining for a few minutes, chop up into fine pieces and add to breadcrumb mix.

  7. Add egg yolk and mix well.

  8. Pick up a handful of the mix, squeeze in palm of hand into croquette shape and place on baking tray.

  9. Pop in the oven for 15 minutes.

  10. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
