Cheesy Bites

A delicious savoury cheese crisp

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Savoury

  • Egg Yolk

  • Cheddar Cheese

METHOD​

  1. Crumble one full Savoury into breadcrumbs then add a pinch of salt and pepper.

    If using half a Savoury, simply half all the following quantities.

     

  2. Grate 15g of cheese using cheese straight from the fridge so it's firmer. 

  3. Add the cheese to the Savoury breadcrumbs and mix.

  4. Add an egg yolk to the mixture and stir well.

  5. Mix well by mashing all together with a fork.

  6. Take small pieces of the mix, squash and roll into small balls. Around the size of a Malteser

    At this point, you can pop the balls onto parchment paper or foil and into the oven for 10 mins at 170 degrees (fan assisted).

     

  7. For crisps, squash the balls into thin crisps and onto parchment paper or foil.

  8. Pop in the oven for 10 mins at 170 degrees (fan assisted)

  9. Allow to cool and enjoy!
