Chocolate Cake in a Mug

A delcious chocolate cake treat in a few minutes!

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Savoury

  • Baking Powder

  • Butter

  • Dark Chocolate (70%)

  • Egg

  • Sweetener (optional)

METHOD​

  1. Crumble half a KetoClassic Savoury into breadcrumbs.

  2. Add a teaspoon of baking powder, stir well and transfer to a mug.

  3. In a separate bowl, melt 20g of unsalted butter and stir in 10g (1 square) of dark chocolate till melted also. You can also add some sweetener if you'd like.

  4. Add to breadcrumb mix and stir well.

  5. Beat an egg, add to mix and stir well.

  6. Pop in the microwave for a minute on high.

  7. Allow to cool and enjoy.
