Choc & Berry Bites
This super simple recipe uses the KetoClassic Breakfasts to make delicious bites for school, out and about or just at home.
INGREDIENTS

KetoClassic Breakfast - Ideally Porridge

Dark Chocolate or Raspberry

Sweetener

Boiling Water
METHOD

Mix the KetoClassic Breakfast in a bowl with a teaspoon of sweetener and stir.
Chocolate - Using the fine side of a cheese grater, grate one square of dark chocolate, add to the bowl and mix well.
Raspberry - In a separate bowl, mash raspberries then add to the breakfast.

Add 12g of boiling water and stir well.

Allow to cool for a minute.

Using a teaspoon, take a small amount and roughly make into a ball with fingers.

Place on baking tray and repeat.

Pop in the oven for 5 mins or until browning.

Allow to cool and set for 10 minutes and enjoy.

Store in the fridge for a later date
