Choc & Berry Bites

This super simple recipe uses the KetoClassic Breakfasts to make delicious bites for school, out and about or just at home.

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Breakfast - Ideally Porridge

  • Dark Chocolate or Raspberry

  • Sweetener

  • Boiling Water

METHOD​

  1. Empty the KetoClassic Breakfast into a bowl, add a teaspoon of sweetener and stir.

    Chocolate - Using the fine side of a cheese grater, grate one square of dark chocolate, add to the bowl and mix well.

    Raspberry - In a separate bowl, mash raspberries then add to the breakfast.

     

  2. Add 20g of boiling water and stir well.

  3. Allow to cool for a minute.

  4. Using a teaspoon, take a small amount and roughly make into a ball with fingers.

  5. Place on baking tray and repeat.

  6. Pop in the oven for 5 mins or until browning.

  7. Allow to cool and set for 10 minutes and enjoy.

  8. Store in the fridge for a later date
