Chocolate "Rice Krispie" Cakes

Crunchy chocolatey goodness in only a couple of minutes.

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Muesli or Porridge

  • Butter

  • Cream

  • Dark Chocolate

METHOD​

  1. Melt 10g of dark chocolate (70%).

  2. Stir in 10g of melted unsalted butter.

  3. Stir in 15g double cream.

  4. Then add one full sachet of KetoClassic Muesli or Porridge and stir well.

  5. You can eat immediately or place into cupcakes cases as a 'rice krispie' cake alternative. You can also pop onto a sheet of greaseproof paper, pat down with a fork to compress and square the edges to make a snack bar.

  6. Place in the fridge for half an hour to set.

  7. Enjoy!

    *Keep in the fridge for a snacks for the week ahead.
