Fudge Bites

A sweet chocolatey treat

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Savoury

  • Dark Chocolate - 70%

  • Butter - Unsalted

  • Double Cream

METHOD​

  1. Melt 10g of dark chocolate (70%) and 20g of unsalted butter.

  2. Add 15g of double cream to butter and chocolate then stir well.

  3. Grate one full KetoClassic Savoury into breadcrumbs.

  4. Add 1.5g of inulin to the breadcrumbs and stir well. You can alternatively use a sweetener of your choice.

  5. Pour chocolate mix over the breadcrumbs and stir very well.
     

  6. You can eat straight away for a delicious choc pudding or mixture to ice cube tray and compress.

  7. Leave in the fridge for half an hour to and hour then enjoy!
