Keto Krisps

So simple and a perfect snack when on the go, at school or at home.

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Porridge or Muesli

  • Water (boiling)

  • Sweetener/Spices

METHOD​

  1. Preheat oven - 180 fan assisted.

  2. Empty breakfast into mixing bowl.

  3. Add sweetener to taste. Or you can add a mix of herbs & spices and a touch of salt for a savoury option.
    One example is half a teaspoon of paprika, a sprinkling of garlic granules and a little salt.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Add 20ml of boiling water and mix together well.

  6. Place onto baking paper and cover with another sheet of baking paper.

  7. Flatten using a rolling pin.

  8. Remove top piece of baking paper, place on baking tray and pop in the oven for 10mins or until the edges begin to brown.

  9. Allow to cool and then break into bitesize crackers or crumble.
