Keto Krisps
So simple and a perfect snack when on the go, at school or at home.
​INGREDIENTS

- 
KetoClassic Porridge or Muesli 
- 
Water (boiling) 
- 
Sweetener/Spices 
METHOD​

- 
Preheat oven - 180 fan assisted. 
- 
Empty breakfast into mixing bowl. 
- 
Add sweetener to taste. Or you can add a mix of herbs & spices and a touch of salt for a savoury option. 
 One example is half a teaspoon of paprika, a sprinkling of garlic granules and a little salt.
- 
Mix well. 
- 
Add 20ml of boiling water and mix together well. 
- 
Place onto baking paper and cover with another sheet of baking paper. 
- 
Flatten using a rolling pin. 
- 
Remove top piece of baking paper, place on baking tray and pop in the oven for 10mins or until the edges begin to brown. 
- 
Allow to cool and then break into bitesize crackers or crumble.
