No Bake Cheesecake

This easy-to-make recipe is a great dessert for special occasions or to whip up at the end of a long day.

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Savoury

  • Unsalted Butter

  • Full Fat Cream Cheese

  • Double Cream

METHOD​

This recipe uses one full savoury which equates to two portions of the final recipe. Simply half the savoury and half the quantities for a single portion.
 

  1. Using a blender, grater or just your hands, crumble the KetoClassic Savoury into breadcrumbs.

  2. Pour 20g melted butter into breadcrumbs and mix well.

  3. Add the mixture to a small dish, and compress down to form the cheesecake base. Leave aside or pop in the fridge.

  4. In a bowl, mix together 10g double cream and 30g cream cheese. At this stage, you can add a little flavour such as sugar free syrups.

  5. Top the cheesecake base with this mixture.

  6. Finally, you can add a few berries on top for a little added flavour.

  7. If cutting into smaller portions, pop in the fridge to allow all to set before cutting.
