Spaghetti Bolognese

A quick and simple family favourite, full of flavour.

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Bolognese

  • Low Carb Noodles - Saitaku Konjac Shirataki Noodles

  • Cheese (grated)

METHOD​

 

  1. Take the portion noodles and add to boiling water. Boil for 5 mins.

  2. Drain the noodles and then place in a frying pan and heat them through without any fat or water. A lot of steam will come off and do not allow them to completely dry out but they will reduce in size.

  3. Tear top the Bolognese and put in the microwave for 2 mins.

  4. Fully open and stir. Add oil if required by prescription and stir again.

  5. Serve noodles in a bowl and top with Bolognese meal.

  6. Top with cheese if required by prescription.

*For smaller portions, simply cover leftovers and pop in fridge. Consume within 24 hours.
