Summer Cups


Refreshing treat that's perfect for the warmer days.


  • KetoClassic Porridge/Muesli

  • Raspberries

  • Double Cream

  • Butter

  • Whole Milk


  1. In a bowl, whip up the double cream (together with the milk for the 2:1 version of the recipe). For the preparation of the 4:1 version of the recipe, melt the butter.

  2. In a separate bowl mix the KetoClassic Porridge/Muesli with the double cream, milk and butter as needed, depending on the recipe version that you are following.

  3. Next, mix in the required amount of raspberries for the recipe version that you are preparing.

  4. Separate the mixture between 2 bowls. Have 1 serving immediately and enjoy!

  5. For the second serving, cover the bowl in cling film and keep in the fridge. It will still be ok to eat the following day.
