Muesli Yoghurt Pots

A wholesome & beneficial breakfast or snack.

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Muesli

  • Egg - beaten

  • Sweetener to taste

  • Yoghurt

  • Topping of choice

METHOD​

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius - fan assisted.

  2. In a bowl, mix 1 packet of KetoClassic Muesli, 20g of beaten egg and sweetener to taste.

  3. Take half of the mix then press and mould into a bowl shape in a muffin tray.

  4. Repeat with other half. One pack makes two bowls.

  5. Pop in the oven for 10 mins until browning.

  6. Remove and allow to cool.

  7. Take yoghurt and pop into the bowl.

  8. Top with a couple of berries or your topping of choice.

  9. Store second bowl in the fridge for a couple of days.
