Muesli Yoghurt Pots
A wholesome & beneficial breakfast or snack.
INGREDIENTS

KetoClassic Muesli
-
Egg - beaten
-
Sweetener to taste
-
Yoghurt
-
Topping of choice
METHOD
-
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius - fan assisted.

In a bowl, mix 50g of KetoClassic Muesli, 20g of beaten egg and sweetener to taste.

Take half of the mix then press and mould into a bowl shape in a muffin tray.
-
Repeat with other half. One pack makes two bowls.

Pop in the oven for 10 mins until browning.

Remove and allow to cool.

Take yoghurt and pop into the bowl.
-
Top with a couple of berries or your topping of choice.
-
Store second bowl in the fridge for a couple of days.
